Warranty information

Ceramic Cartridge, Chrome Finish and body = 20yr replacement
Other finishes = 2yr replacement
All products provide a full 1 year in house labour warranty from date of purchase
Products cleaned with a soft cloth with soapy water, avoid waxes, solvents, abrasives, acids and other chemical-based cleansers
ECT Global assures the purchaser of the product that it is free from faulty workmanship and materials
The warranty will apply if this product is used for its intended purpose
ECT Global offers this warranty separately from any warranties implied under the Trade Practices Act
This product replacement warranty does not seek to limit any rights that a consumer may exercise under the Trade Practices Act or complimentary state-based legislation
The warranty will be void for any of the following reasons
Damaged through misuse, neglect or accident
Not been used in accordance with any applicable instruction guide
The purchaser has attempted to modify of repair the product
Not installed by a Registered Plumber

General information

Prior to installing a tap, all pipes leading to the product flushed clean
Water pressure tested and limited to a pressure of 500 kpa or less
An approved pressure reducing valve fitted if the pressure exceeds 500kpa
Always fit isolating taps to both hot and cold inlet connections in accordance with national plumbing code AS3500
Hoses not twisted or stretched and not under tension
Hoses not to be bent to a radius less than 25mm when being installed
If the water temperature exceeds 80°C, an approved water tempering valve fitted
Failure to comply with any of the above instructions will void all warranties
