General Information

Free from faulty workmanship and materials
The warranty will only apply if this product is used for its intended purpose and if the product fails to function to an acceptable level within 12 months from date of purchase, please return the product to the original place of purchase
To receive a replacement product, you must provide original proof of purchase so the faulty product will be replaced with the same product or similar product of equivalent value
This warranty is offered separately from any warranties implied under the Trade Practices Act
This product replacement warranty does not seek to limit any rights that a consumer may exercise under the Trade Practices Act or complimentary state-based legislation

Ensure the longest life possible for your product, please adhere to the following:
Chrome plated surfaces cleaned with a soft cloth using mild soapy water
Never use abrasive or acid-based cleaning agents

Warranty Information

Proof of faulty product must be provided by photo or video evidence

Warranty voided if:
Damaged caused by misuse, neglect, or accident
Cleaning instructions ignored
Used outside applicable instruction guide
Attempt to modify or repair the product
Installed not by a Registered Plumber (proof of plumber’s installation certificate must be provided)
